Why Donate to MSNZ?

Approximately 5,000 people are diagnosed with MS in New Zealand. Your donation will support us to:

  • Advocate for access to world-class MS treatments and services
  • Provide up-to-date information and resources to people living with MS, their families, and carers
  • Fund education initiatives
  • Support local MS Societies across Aotearoa
  • Address inequities in access to services, health and wellbeing.
  • Advocate for the needs of those diagnosed, as well as their carers and families, breaking down barriers that impact physical, mental and financial health and well-being.
  • Provide nationally consistent information and support for 18 regional member organisations providing services in their local community.

One-Off Donation

Regular Giving

Become a regular giver and help us plan for the future. Regular monthly donations provide MSNZ with financial stability and allow us to expand our support and advocacy. You can set up a recurring donation using your credit card or by automatic payment from your bank account. There is no minimum amount-give what you can.

Payroll Giving

Payroll Giving is where you can ask your employer to deduct donations from your pay and pass them on to approved charities. For every dollar you donate, you get 33.33 cents back as a tax credit. The credit reduces the amount of PAYE or withholding tax you pay, giving you the opportunity to make donations direct from your pay without claiming tax credits.
