An exciting new study called MS PSY WELL-P, is a peer-led online program designed to explore how a short course can boost psychological well-being for people with MS. The course is free, flexible, and built to support mental health in everyday life.

Purpose of the Study: This study is concerned with delivering and assessing the use of an online programme for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) to improve their psychological well-being.
This application has been reviewed by the Reading University Research Ethics Committee and has been given a favourable ethical opinion for conduct.
How long will my part in the study last? The programme takes up to 4 weeks to complete. You will be contacted again upon completing the programme and again after 1 and possibly 3 and 6 months to complete follow-up questionnaires.
