Recharging your inner battery

MHERC - Recharging inner battery

Establishing wellbeing habits to sustain your energy when caring for others is imperative, but not always easy to do.

Do you sometimes feel like you’re trying to keep your head above water?

Every day, many carers give to others – you listen, encourage, problem solve and you give out of your own reservoir of energy. Each one of us is responsible for our own ‘corner of the world’ that helps our family/whānau/community flourish.

This free one hour online workshop from MHERC will cover:

  • Understanding the cost to your battery as you charge up others
  • Recognising the point at which you need to plug in and recharge
  • Establishing wellbeing habits for your own survival
  • Developing and replenishing your inner self

This online workshop will be facilitated by Marina Shearer, who facilitates our popular “Thrive and Revive” and “Conflict Management” workshops. With a 25 year career providing training and facilitation, Marina has a passion for creating better outcomes for everyone.
