As a member of the MS International Federation (MSIF), MSNZ are proud to be involved with World MS Day which is officially marked on 30th May each year. World MS Day is a global campaign to raise awareness of MS as well as celebrate solidarity and hope for the future.

Each year the MS movement collaborate to provide information on how MS affects the lives of 2.8 million people around the world.

The theme for World MS Day 2022 is ‘MS Connections’. MS Connections challenges social barriers that leave people affected by MS feeling lonely and socially isolated. It is an opportunity to advocate for better services, celebrate support networks and champion self-care.

Use the hashtag #MSConnections on social media to read everyone’s stories, and when sharing yours.
